As mentioned in a previous article, there are many kinds of jobs available in North Dakota, but if you’ve got your heart set on earning big bucks working on an oil rig, it’ll be worth a few minutes of your time to watch the video below.

Although it’s tough work, if you do eventually work on a drilling rig, you’ll gain very valuable experience that you can use elsewhere in the US or in the world in the future (including offshore drilling rigs).

Hopefully this video will help you make a decision about whether you really want to work on a rig before you spend time, energy and possibly money applying for jobs and chasing up interviews in the oil patch in North Dakota.
