A good article in the Star Tribune today covering how many folks from Minnesota are providing a big part of the manpower that is driving the economic growth in North Dakota not only in the oil Fields but also in the rest of the state.  Familiar with the famous Midwest Work Ethic and the infamous Cold Winters of the northern plain, the promise of unfilled jobs with long hours and lots of pay has a steady stream of Minnesotans in North Dakota these days.  Nothing like a 22 year old crane operator making $120,000 a year in the North Dakota Oil Fields to encourage friends and family to join him?
